Karen grew up in New York City and spent the early part of her career on Wall Street. In 1998 she and her young family moved to London with JPMorgan and stayed. She calls both cities home and loves their parks, theatre, and art exhibitions. Karen lives in Chiswick with her barrister (and Italian winery running) husband and their three children. 

Karen has been coaching senior managers and management teams for over 20 years as both an executive coach and in her previous roles as Head of Human Resources and Head of Learning and Development for JP Morgan Asset Management EMEA.

Karen is a graduate of The School of Coaching Coach's Programme (founded by Myles Downey), accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has a BA in Economics from Wellesley College, USA.
